Well, I’m back in Memphis again, and I have at least three articles to write about the specifics of the trip and more pictures to upload. Must get my brain back to functionality, as I’m still suffering train-lag or some damn thing plus having major difficultly concentrating and not likely to get any real time to myself between the demands of jobs and various people until the weekend....
Sunrise Over New Orleans
light slowly creeps
down dark streets
as the sun zips its pants
in a dirty eastern alley
and hitches up a belt buckle blinding
to shine upon
whores and drunks and third shift workers
as they slowly
softly
stumble stagger home
light gently chasing them along
